The International Nursing Program developed a Virtual Clinical Application Program (VCAP) in accordance with the clinical simulation standards of Alderson-Broaddus University of Philippi, West Virginia, USA. The program is an innovative approach to the acquisition of knowledge and facilitation of learning, providing students with a safe and controlled environment where they can exhibit the required clinical skills and patient care with minimal risks and without compromising the health of a human patient.

The Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as a comprehensive educational assessment scheme recognizes knowledge and prior learning obtained from non-formal and informal experiences.
Through this program, a college diploma is granted as a degree based on competency evaluation and a comprehensive assessment system which utilizes written tests, interviews, skills demonstrations, portfolio and other creative and appropriate assessment methodologies.
