Arellano University (AU) and Alderson Broaddus University (ABU) have developed strong ties ever since the launch of the International Nursing Program in 2006. It remains the only one-of-its-kind in the Philippines that provides international nursing education, allowing students to pursue a US BSN degree and graduate with an American diploma.
After three years of virtual competitions a live AU-Juan Sumulong beauty pageant was held by the Supreme Student Council in the evening of February 18, 2023 at the Plaridel Hall of the university.
Arellano University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with MASS ACADEMY, a company registered as an online English Institute in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. MASS ACADEMY wishes to collaborate with Arellano University in delivering different academic programs both online and in-person.

At this point in time, coach Chico Ogot Manabat has gone full circle in his NCAA basketball career. In 1992-1995, he played in the NCAA for the San Sebastian Staglets. After joining other leagues as player, and later as coach, he joined Arellano University as head coach of the AU Chiefs, which competes in the NCAA.
