Over every 5-year periods, the Arellano University College of Nursing Worldwide Alumni Association (AUCNWWAA), based in the United States, celebrates its anniversary and reunion. This year, its 5th anniversary celebration was held on September 2-3, 2023 at the Banquet Hall, Orleans Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
September 2 was the Gala Night and election of officers for the period Year 2023–2028. The following day, the members made their stage presentations and updates in their work as nurses.
The Guest Speaker of the occasion was Ms. Sonia M. Dignadice, Director of the AU Alumni Affairs, who was accompanied by AVP Grace Cayco, AU Corporate Planning Officer.
Ms. Dignadice extended the greetings of Mr. Francisco P.V. Cayco, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Arellano University. In his message, the Chairman lauded that "activities like this keep the members of the AU community in constant connection and interaction with each other."
For herself, Ms. Dignadice discussed the key programs of the AU Alumni Affairs, particularly those that impact the AU College of Nursing Alumni on the domestic and international fronts.
Most of the guests came from all over the United States, but some came from outside the country as Arellano University College of Nursing Worldwide Alumni Association has established connections with individual and groups of nurses in countries like Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Israel and Switzerland.
