A Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate of Arellano University, Ryan Omar S. Mora was honored for his eleven years of nursing service in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) when he received the Top Healthcare Professional Award in the Middle East, from the Filipino Times Watchlist on September 2023.
The Filipino Times is a news magazine created in 2013 in the UAE. It aims to educate Filipinos with opportunities that they could take advantage of in the country, as well as provide help lines when needed. It is the communal information hub for Filipino expatriates in the Middle East.
Mr. Mora was similarly honored in December, 2021 with the Award for 100 UAE Frontline Heroes under the patronage of His Highness Sheik Hamdam Bin Kahalifa Bin Hamdam Al Nahyan, for his services in battling the Covid pandemic.
After his graduation from college, Mr. Mora became a member of the AU College of Nursing faculty as a Clinical Instructor, from School Year 2006–2011.
At present, he is a Head Nurse at the American Crescent, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
