The School of Business Administration gives the student a choice among four(4) majors leading to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. These four majors are: Financial Management, Marketing Management, Operations Management, and Human Resource Development Management. All four offerings seek to develop competencies related to critical-thinking, decision-making, research, communications and leadership. The objective is to enable students to advance professionally, pursue entrepreneurial activities and become future business leaders. Through its experienced and competent faculty, the School of Business Administration upholds the value of delivering timely academic and disciplinal content. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management provides a comprehensive set of courses that focuses on specific areas of marketing, which includes: e-commerce, marketing research, price strategy, retail management, product/brand management, sales and distribution management, professional salesmanship. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management provides a platform for students to grasp financial concepts and theories. Specifically, this program enables students to learn about banking and financial institutions, monetary and fiscal policies, public finance, capital markets, venture capitalism, investment and portfolio analysis and financial reporting and analysis. Upon completion of these courses, students will be able to make sound financial analysis that could help business firms make informed business decisions.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management is a field of study that is concerned with attaining organizational efficiencies. Strategic operations management, operations research, environmental management system, inventory management and control, project management, costing and pricing, logistics management and facilities management are some of the specific courses that students should enroll in. After completing the course, students will understand the impact of achieving economies of scale, economies of scope and maximizing organizational resources to operational efficiencies.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development deals with cultivating the most important asset of an organization—its employees. Students enrolled in this program will learn about administrative and office management, recruitment and selection, job and work design, training and development, crafting a benefits and compensation package, labor relations and labor law. Upon completing the program, students are equipped with the knowledge on how to enrich the human resources by providing frameworks and processes that make work challenging and more meaningful.
This program meets the minimum requirements of CHED and complies with the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) as adopted from the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the International Federations of Accountants (IFAC) and at present is at Level 6 of ASEAN’s Philippine Qualifications Frameworks. It deals with the joint/mix applications of knowledge in accounting, finance and COMPUTER skills in the context of the business.
