The on-the-job-training program of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management of Arellano University has given opportunity to its students to visit the United States under the Work and Travel Abroad USA Program.
Last summer 2018, a total of 31 AU students - 19 from the Legarda Campus and and 12 from the Jose Abad Santos Campus, AU Pasay - were accepted to the 3-month Work and Travel program in the United States. Through our partner agency, our students were deployed for training and exposure at different hospitality-related establishments.
This school-year, 27 students have started their application for the Work and Travel Abroad USA Program 2019. Eight students are from the Jose Abad Santos Campus AU in Pasay, nine are from the Andres Bonifacio Campus AU in Pasig, and ten are from the Main Campus. These students are expected to start their Work and Travel Abroad/Cultural Exchange Program starting April 2019.
