Arellano University recently welcomed back one of its distinguished alumni, Ms. Elieza Varona, a successful registered nurse based in Perth, Western Australia. Her visit sparked excitement and inspiration among AU-INP students and faculty as she shared her remarkable journey and insights gained from her flourishing career in healthcare.
Elieza graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2013 after completing her first three years of study under the International Nursing Program of AU. Her journey from the halls of Arellano University to becoming a registered nurse in Australia is a reflection of her commitment to excellence which also led her to countless opportunities in Australia.
During her visit, Elieza engaged in an interactive session with current AU-INP students, sharing her experiences, and lessons learned during her INP days as well as her transition to being an international student in Australia. She also gave a glimpse of her extensive career as a nurse working in well-known hospitals in Australia as well as her role as a nurse preceptor for ECU students.
Her story resonates with the limitless possibilities for AU-INP students particularly after graduating as an international student in Australia. Her incredible journey served as an inspiration for the students to pursue their dreams of becoming the next generation of professional nurses.
