Eleven International Nursing Program (INP) students will receive their Certificate of Completion during the 84th Commencement Ceremony of Arellano University on September 30, 2022.
They are: Paula Kristine C. Buenavides, Adrienne Kei E. Chua, Neilan S. Guba, Jessica D. Inacay, Eunice C. Mendoza, Ashley Sofia P. Panaligan, Patricia Bianca G. Rañola, Maria Edwardina D. Rayman, Rea Mae V. Segui, Bryz Aldrin A. Talosig and Dianna Marie D. Villanueva.
The International Nursing Program of Arellano University is the result of a partnership with Alderson Broaddus University (AB), located in Philippi, West Virginia, USA and, with Edith Cowan University (ECU), situated in Perth, Australia.
Under the AB program, the students take the first three years of the nursing course at AU using the curriculum of AB. For their final year, the students transfer to the AB campus to earn their BSN degree and diploma.
Similarly, the AU INP nursing students who intend to finish their course in ECU, have to complete the first two or three years of AU’s INP curriculum at the Legarda Campus. They then become eligible to transfer to ECU to earn their Australian degree.
The International Nursing Program was officially launched in 2006 out of the strategic alliance between Arellano University and Alderson Broaddus University, and in 2009, with Edith Cowan University. The program focuses in molding nurses who can competently serve in different parts of the world.
