Kent Salado was a man on a mission Thursday, single-handedly lifting the Arellano Chiefs to a 91-86 victory over the Perpetual Altas in the NCAA Season 95 Seniors’ Basketball tournament.
Behind Justin Arana, the Arellano University Chiefs scored their biggest win under Cholo Martin, stunning the Lyceum of the Philippines University Pirates, 87-81, Friday evening at the Filoil Flying V Centre.

The Faculty Development Committee of Arellano University, headed by AVP Ma. Paz Magsalin held the 2nd Annual Seminar-Workshop and Teambuilding for Academic Administrators on July 11-12, 2019 at the La Virginia Resort, Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas City.
After a rigorous selection process, the editors-in-chief of the AU Standard, the official student publication of Arellano University, were announced. The editors, each representing a campus of the university constitute the Board of Editors, for the SY 2019-2020. A faculty adviser is also assigned in each campus, with the adviser of the Main Campus acting as the head adviser.
The Philippine Racing Commission (PHILRACOM) will grant the proceeds of Races 3, 4, 5 and 8 on Sunday, August 25, 2019 to the earthquake victims of Itbayat, Batanes. This charity work is a project of the commission under the leadership of Philracom’s Chairman, Mr. Andrew Sanchez, and the members of the board.

The NCAA Management Committee unanimously approved a cash donation of PHP 100,000 to the province of Batanes after a devastating 5.9 magnitude earthquake late last month.

Despite the upcoming NCAA wars, the league showed unity to open the 95th season of the Grand Old League.
On May 24, 2019, Annedrei C. Figueroa, Rank1, Class Valedictorian led Senior High School Class 2019 of Jose Rizal High School in receiving their diploma at the graduation ceremony held at the Philippine International Convention Center, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City. She was also the recipient of the Florentino Cayco Memorial Scholarship Gold Medallion. She delivered the Valedictory Address. The Leadership Award went to John Mark G. Edang; he is the President of the Supreme Student Council.
A time to cherish and remember - May 21-22, 2019: the 3rd Senior High School Commencement Exercises of Juan Sumulong High School, held at the Plenary Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center, when the Grade 12 students received their diploma. For some, this was their ticket to college; for others, it may be their last diploma if they decide to go straight to employment.
