The Institute of Accountancy prepare students for a career in the fields of accounting and to equipped them with the necessary tools to compete in the outside world and to deal effectively with the problems they will face as professional accountants and responsible citizens.
Through professional accounting education it should inspire and provide a means for students to acquire the required knowledge, proficiency, and intellectual abilities for them to perform such services of the minimum scope and quality which the public in general needs and has a right to expect from an entry level of professional accountant; and the ability to grow and develop to be a highly skilled professional accountant able to efficiently function in a global economy.
