The Arellano University junior and senior basketball varsity teams , who emerged number 4 and number 2, respectively, in the semi-finals of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) basketball competitions, were honored with a PEP Rally at the Arellano University grounds last September 26, from 9am to 12noon.
The two teams were presented to students, faculty members , administration officers and staff coming from the six campuses of Arellano University. Fun-filled activities participated in by students and athletes made the PEP Rally an activity to remember.
The Senior division Final 4 is made up of San Beda Red Lions, AU Chiefs, Mapua Cardinals and Perpetual Help Altas. For the Junior division, the Final Four includes San Beda Red Cubs, Mapua Red Robins , College of St. Benilde Blazers , and the Braves of Arellano University.
The Chiefs will see initial action on September 30, 2016, Friday, at the Mall of Asia Arena, where all the Final 4 games will be held. The Senior Chiefs will face the Mapua Cardinals at 4 pm while the Junior Chiefs will play against the San Beda Red Cubs at 10 am.
