AU students taking Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management may qualify for a three-month international practicum program in the United States. This is made possible by the partnerships that AU established with institutions that promote and facilitate the International Educational and Cultural Exchange Program (IECEP).

The International Nursing Program developed a Virtual Clinical Application Program (VCAP) in accordance with the clinical simulation standards of Alderson-Broaddus University of Philippi, West Virginia, USA. The program is an innovative approach to the acquisition of knowledge and facilitation of learning, providing students with a safe and controlled environment where they can exhibit the required clinical skills and patient care with minimal risks and without compromising the health of a human patient.

AU welcomes foreign Nursing and Allied Health Sciences students who wish to undergo a community and cultural immersion program at AU’s partner communities and affiliate hospitals here in the Philippines. The Community Clinical Placement Program (CCPP) aims to create culture-sensitive individuals with the potential of becoming highly effective community health workers.

In its effort to provide INP students with more international pathway options, AU entered into an articulation agreement with Edith Cowan University (ECU) in 2009. ECU is a premier university located in the thriving city of Perth, Western Australia. Its nursing program is recognized and awarded for its innovative simulation program and its state-of-the-art laboratories. ECU also has an established support system for international students, having catered to students from 70 nations.

The International Programs Division of Arellano University is in constant search of unique and innovative programs that provides opportunities to both local and international students to become globally competitive individuals. The department dedicates itself in ensuring that students are given the support they need in pursuing global careers in their chosen profession.
