Student Exchange Program with Thai University

Suan Dusit University (SDU) of Hua Hin, Thailand sent 19 Business Airline Management students to Arellano University (AU) to attend the English Enhancement Program from November 21 – December 19, 2017.

Aside from attending their classes, the students were given a glimpse of Philippine culture through a tour of Luneta Park and Intramuros. They also visited several museums and the Quiapo area with their Filipino friends. But mostly they enjoyed their visit in several malls: Mall of Asia, SM Manila, Robinsons Manila and Greenhills. They also enjoyed watching the basketball games of AU’s team in the NCAA. 

Come January, 23 Hospitality and Tourism students of Arellano University went to SDU to attend the In-fllight Service Training course from January 4-January 25, 2018. Two faculty coordinators accompanied the students. 

Like their Thai counterparts, they were also treated to tours of historical and cultural places on Interest in Hua Hin Province. Of great interest to the students was their exposure to Thai food and Thai food preparation.
