Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management

This program is designed to equip the students with knowledge, skills and competencies to be eligible to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. The course is intended to provide them with in-depth and practical knowledge about the operations of hotels, restaurants, resorts and other businesses which are included in the segments of the hospitality industry. At the end of the program, students will be able to demonstrate professional competencies and positive qualities which will ensure their employability or business planning mindset as future managers or entrepreneurs.

The following are the educational objectives of the program:

  1. To develop among students the required knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry through relevant instruction, trainings and other curricular activities
  2. To equip the students with the specialized competencies which are necessary to prepare them for future career in different areas of hospitality operations through practical simulations and relevant practicum experience
