After three pandemic years, Arellano University celebrates its 86th Founding Anniversary with a bang!
Filipinos love the teaching profession. In the March, 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) a total of 91,468 elementary school teachers took the exam (49,783 passed), and 139,534 secondary school examinees, (71,080) passed). A total of 120,863 passed the exam.
For two consecutive Radiologic Technology Licensure Examination in a row, Arellano University (AU) produced a topnotcher in the Radiologic Technology Licensure Examination: the more recent, Kirch Roy M. Bathan in the June 6-7, 2023 board exam, and John Fritz Forteza in 2022.
Fresh from receiving his Doctor of Education degree, specializing in Anthropology/Sociology of Education, from the University of the Philippines, Dr. Peter G. Romerosa has been appointed Dean of the College of Education vacated by the passing of Dr. Eduardo dela Cruz.
The Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) national passing rate of 74.94%, Arellano University (AU) Andres Bonifacio (Pasig) Campus led the pack of AU first-time takers with a 100% passing performance, followed by Juan Sumulong (Legarda) Campus with 88.64% passing rate, and Jose Abad Santos (Pasay) Campus with 87.54% passing rate.
Many people are not well-informed about mental health, it is usually seen as a shameful issue to discuss when a member of the family manifests it. Some people are not able to differentiate depression or anxiety with insanity.
Mr. Trent McHenry, Chief Operating Officer of the Australian Institute of Higher Education (AIH) in Sydney, Australia paid a visit to Arellano University last March 27, 2023. The purpose of the visit is to discuss the renewal of the existing articulation agreement with AIH.
Global competence in health care services and cultural awareness were among the main objectives of the newest program led by Arellano University - International Nursing Program (AU-INP). The Virtual International Cultural Engagement (VICE) Program was attended by students of AU-INP and Gunma University of Health and Welfare in Maebashi, Japan.
